Assembly Services
We offer small- to medium-scale assembly services to support our machining and fabrication capabilities, helping customers reduce lead times and streamline their supply chain. Assembly services can be provided as part of a complete manufacturing solution or as a standalone service.
Our assembly capabilities include:
- Hand assembly of mechanical components and subassemblies
- Light electrical assembly, including basic wiring and component installation (per customer specifications)
- Soldering (manual, small-scale applications)
- Bonding and adhesive applications, including gluing and sealing
- Cutting, trimming, and fit-up of components prior to assembly
- Hardware installation (fasteners, inserts, fittings, etc.)
- Kitting and packaging for finished or semi-finished assemblies
